Built by Jarvis delivers digital services and software-as-a-service. We do not ship physical goods. This page explains how and when each of our services is delivered, what to expect after you pay, and how to reach us if something is delayed.
1. Digital delivery
All Built by Jarvis services are delivered electronically over the internet. There are no physical goods, no shipping fees, and no shipping addresses involved. Delivery is considered complete when the service is provisioned and accessible to you (e.g., your preview URL is live, your phone number is active, your monthly report card has been emailed).

Run a scan at jarvisranks.com. The grade appears on screen in roughly 60 seconds, and the full branded report is emailed to you within 1–2 minutes of submission. Includes letter grades for Performance, On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Mobile, Accessibility, and Content.
Free site preview from the questionnaire
After you complete the 6-question intake at jarvisranks.com/questionnaire, our developers build an A-grade preview of your new site. You’ll receive an email with a live preview URL within 24 hours. No payment required to view the preview.
Just the Site — $3,000 one-time rebuild
After payment and questionnaire submission, we finalize the build, attach it to your domain, configure DNS, install schema markup and analytics, and hand off credentials. The live site is up and indexed within 48 hours of payment. We then provide 30 days of post-launch support for tweaks and revisions.
Site + Stay-At-Top — $1,500 setup + $395/mo
Site launch follows the same 48-hour timeline as Just the Site. After launch, Stay-At-Top monthly maintenance begins automatically: re-graded site every month, auto-published SEO blog post, on-page tune-ups, schema and content updates, algorithm-change response, and a fresh report card emailed on the first of each month. The $1,500 setup is half off the $3,000 rebuild in exchange for the 12-month commitment.
3. Jarvis Answers — AI receptionist setup
New receptionist provisioning
After payment, your onboarding manager schedules a kickoff call within 1 business day. Over the following days we train your AI on your website, services, hours, and team; provision your dedicated business phone number; configure call transfer rules; and run test calls. Your receptionist is fully answering calls within 5–7 business days. Rush onboarding (under 5 days) is available on request — ask your onboarding manager.
Live call coverage
Once live, your receptionist is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with no scheduled downtime. Sub-second answer times. Voicemail, SMS, transfer, and appointment booking are all live from day one.
4. Order confirmations and receipts
Every paid transaction generates an immediate Stripe receipt sent to the email on the order. You will also receive a confirmation email from [email protected] or [email protected] within a few minutes, with next steps and links to the questionnaire if one is required.
5. International availability
Our services are hosted in the United States and primarily serve United-States-based small businesses. We can accept international customers, but please note: Jarvis Answers phone numbers are issued in the United States, and SEO audits use US-locale ranking signals. If you’re outside the US and want to confirm fit, email [email protected] before purchasing.
6. Delays and force majeure
If we anticipate missing a fulfillment timeline above, we will email you proactively with the reason and a revised ETA. Causes outside our reasonable control — including but not limited to upstream hosting outages, third-party API downtime (Cloudflare, Stripe, Anthropic, telephony providers), Google PageSpeed Insights API limits, or domain registrar processing delays — may extend timelines without constituting a breach. In all cases we will work in good faith to deliver as quickly as possible.
7. Failure to deliver
If we materially fail to deliver a service you paid for, we will work with you to either resolve the issue or refund the affected portion of your payment per our Refund Policy. To report a delivery problem, email [email protected] from the email address on your account.
