1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Built by Jarvis platform and the services we provide under it — including but not limited to Jarvis Answers (AI-powered phone receptionist services at jarvisanswers.com) and Jarvis Ranks (SEO audits, website rebuilds, and ongoing SEO maintenance at jarvisranks.com), as well as any other agentic or AI-powered services we add to our portfolio. By using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.
Built by Jarvis is the trade name under which RH Private Capital operates its AI services portfolio. References to “we,” “us,” “our,” or “Built by Jarvis” throughout these Terms refer to that operating entity.
2. Service Descriptions
Jarvis Answers — AI Receptionist
Jarvis Answers provides AI-powered virtual receptionist services to business clients (“Clients”). Our AI agents answer phone calls on behalf of Clients, greet callers, answer questions using the Client’s knowledge base, book appointments, take messages, transfer calls to designated team members, and send text messages with information requested by callers during phone calls.
Jarvis Ranks — SEO Audits, Site Rebuilds, and Maintenance
Jarvis Ranks provides:
- Free SEO report cards that grade a website A–F across six categories using a real Lighthouse audit and on-page analysis.
- Free site previews that show what a rebuilt version of the customer’s site would look like, generated within 24 hours of submitting the questionnaire. No card required to view a preview.
- Site rebuilds delivered on three commercial tiers (described in Section 7 below).
- Stay-At-Top monthly SEO maintenance — ongoing on-page tune-ups, schema updates, algorithm-change response, and a fresh monthly report card.
3. Text Messaging Terms (Jarvis Answers)
By requesting a text message during a phone call with a Jarvis Answers AI receptionist, you consent to receive that specific text message at the phone number you are calling from.
Program name: Jarvis Answers Caller Notifications
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You will only receive text messages that you explicitly request during a phone call. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt-out: You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

4. Email and Marketing Communications
When you submit a scan, questionnaire, or contact form on jarvisranks.com or builtbyjarvis.com, you consent to receive transactional emails related to that request (report card delivery, preview readiness, build status, receipts) and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from non-transactional emails at any time using the link in any message we send or by emailing [email protected].
5. For Business Clients
As a business Client of any Built by Jarvis service, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring the accuracy of all information you provide to train your AI receptionist or to populate your rebuilt site (business name, services, hours, addresses, licensing claims, etc.).
- Complying with all applicable laws regarding call recording, data collection, advertising claims, and licensing disclosures in your jurisdiction.
- Maintaining appropriate consent for call recording where required.
- Holding all intellectual property rights (or appropriate licenses) for any logos, copy, photographs, or other content you supply to us.
- Using our platforms in accordance with these Terms and all applicable regulations.
- Ensuring your team is aware that calls are handled by an AI receptionist (for Jarvis Answers clients).
6. For Callers and Site Visitors
When you call a business that uses Jarvis Answers, you are interacting with an AI-powered receptionist. Your call may be recorded and transcribed for service quality and record-keeping purposes. Any information you provide during the call (such as your name, phone number, appointment preferences, or messages) will be shared with the business you called and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
When you submit information through jarvisranks.com or builtbyjarvis.com (such as scanning a URL, completing the questionnaire, or filling out a contact form), the information you provide is used to deliver the service you requested and is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Pricing and Billing
Jarvis Answers
Business Clients are billed on a monthly subscription basis. The standard plan is $499.00 per month and includes up to 40 hours (2,400 minutes) of AI receptionist usage. Custom plans may be arranged with different pricing and minute allocations. Clients whose usage consistently exceeds their included minutes may be transitioned to a usage-based billing plan at a per-minute rate, with advance notice from their account manager.
Jarvis Ranks — Two Tiers
- Just the Site — $3,000 one-time. Full site rebuild (up to 8 pages), launched on your domain. No ongoing maintenance.
- Site + Stay-At-Top — $1,500 one-time setup fee plus $395 per month. Includes everything in Just the Site, monthly SEO maintenance, monthly report cards, and an auto-published SEO blog post each month. 12-month minimum commitment, then month-to-month. The $1,500 setup is half off the $3,000 rebuild in exchange for the 12-month commitment.
All Jarvis Ranks free SEO scans, free site previews, and questionnaire submissions are free of charge and do not require a payment method.
Renewals and Authorization
Subscriptions automatically renew each month on the billing date established at signup. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically on each renewal date. You authorize Built by Jarvis to charge your payment method for all applicable fees, including any setup fees and recurring charges associated with the tier you selected.
12-Month Commitment (Site + Stay-At-Top)
The Site + Stay-At-Top tier carries a 12-month minimum commitment. Early cancellation prior to completion of the 12-month term will result in two charges, billed at the time of cancellation: (1) the remaining monthly Stay-At-Top fees owed under the commitment, and (2) the $1,500 setup-discount difference (since the discounted $1,500 setup is contingent on completing the 12-month term; the full setup price is $3,000). After the 12-month commitment is complete, the subscription continues month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the then-current billing period with no further charges.
One-Time Fees
The Just the Site tier ($3,000) and the setup fee component of Site + Stay-At-Top ($1,500) are one-time charges and are non-refundable once site development work has commenced. Site development is considered to have commenced once a preview is rendered or our team has begun custom build work on your behalf, whichever happens first.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by emailing [email protected]. Subject to the 12-month commitment terms above, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to all services until then and will not be charged again. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing period.
Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ written notice to active Clients. If you do not agree with a pricing change, you may cancel before the new pricing takes effect (subject to any active 12-month commitment).
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or illegal content.
- Harass, threaten, or harm any person.
- Impersonate another person or entity, or provide false information about your business.
- Interfere with or disrupt our services or infrastructure.
- Submit content that infringes the intellectual property of others.
- Use the platform to mislead consumers about your services, pricing, licensing, or qualifications.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including consumer protection, advertising, and telemarketing rules.
9. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you supply to us (business name, photos, copy, logos, customer lists, etc.). By submitting content to our platforms you grant Built by Jarvis a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
Sites we build for you under the Jarvis Ranks Just the Site tier become your property at the time of full payment. Sites built under Site + Stay-At-Top are licensed to you for as long as your subscription remains active; full ownership transfers once the 12-month commitment has been completed (whether through normal monthly billing or through the early-cancellation charges described above).
All Built by Jarvis branding, software, templates, designs, scoring algorithms, AI prompts, and underlying code remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, resold, or reverse-engineered.
10. Limitation of Liability
Built by Jarvis provides its services on an “as is” basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, our AI receptionists may occasionally misunderstand callers, provide incomplete information, or experience technical issues. SEO grades, site previews, and ongoing maintenance work depend on real-world third-party signals (Google’s algorithms, Lighthouse output, network conditions, hosting providers) that are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Built by Jarvis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to missed appointments, miscommunicated messages, lost business opportunities, ranking fluctuations, or any business decisions you make in reliance on our outputs. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination and Data Retention
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time, subject to the 12-month commitment terms above. Business Clients may cancel their subscription through their Stripe customer portal or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay outstanding invoices. We will provide reasonable notice before suspension when possible.
Data retention: Upon cancellation or termination, your account data — including call recordings, transcripts, agent configurations, scan history, questionnaire submissions, and knowledge base documents — will be retained for 30 days. During this period, you may request an export of your data by emailing [email protected]. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active Clients via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be addressed via good-faith negotiation; if not resolved within 60 days, disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
